We’re sorry if you’ve suffered an accident or have a claim on your insurance policy. As your independent broker, we’ll do our best to make your claim experience a smooth one and will guide you at every step along the way.

If you have a horse mortality or medical/surgical claim, please start by reporting your claim to Henry Equestrian, at 1-800-565-4321.

For emergency horse mortality or medical/surgical claims, please call our 24-hour claims services and an adjuster will provide immediate service.

For emergency claims outside of our office hours, please call our 24-hour claims service at 1-844-642-5729. An adjuster will provide immediate service.

We will let you know what to do next, and an expert member of our team will help in any way they can.
