While our plans consist of multiple components and options, all horse club insurance plans are built around core liability insurance up to $10 million, which covers claims or settlements relating to injury or damage caused to non-members (or their property) but attributed to the activities of your club. This is also sometimes referred to as spectator liability insurance, since it protects your horse club or association if it’s sued by a member of the public attending an event you organized.

Your liability protection under our horse association insurance plans covers you against third-party claims. (Like a damage claim from an owner whose land or premises you use.)

This protection includes defense costs and is in addition to your liability limit.
